We are looking for experienced B2B sales professionals to call on and build relationships with facility managers, commercial, industrial and residential real estate clients. Our successful sales people have come from industries such as facility service companies, janitorial and/or security companies, commercial real estate and other industries providing services to commercial, industrial and residential real estate customers.
We are looking for entrepreneurial people who enjoy the challenge of identifying new markets or expanding sales in their current area of specialty. We pride ourselves on our ability to serve our customers needs and look for sales professionals who enjoy the opportunity to build solutions to fit the clients' needs. Responsibilities include:
1. Develop new business opportunities via referrals, networking and cold calling
2. Build relationships with clients and maintain those relationships
3. Have the ability to sell and cross sell janitorial and security services
4. Create and develop service programs for clients based upon their specific needs
5. Be able to prepare proposals and present our service capabilities to prospective clients
6. Upon completion of the sales process work with our operations department to ensure quality service delivery
7. Participate in networking functions and trade shows
Requirements include:
1. Three (3) -- five (5) years of business development/sales experience in B2B environments
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to plan, organize and manage their time effectively
4. Multi tasking skills
5. Ability to work independently and be self motivated
6. Understand the sense of urgency that comes with our business and be action oriented to resolve customer issues
7. Ability to work well within a team as well as alone
8. Capability to interact with a variety of individuals to include C level individuals
9. Have the ability to build and maintain relationships
10. Qualified to use MS Office programs
