Purpose Serve as the program leader on key strategic enterprise accounts within the High Tech vertical supporting the Program Management team deploying the LivePerson solutions across enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Cultivate relationships with LivePerson High Tech customers with the goal of creating meaningful connections through delivery of value added services. Build and establish relationships within cross functional teams to help enforce the LivePerson core values of being an owner and helping others.
Leadership:
Own and drive change. Execute on new strategies and work within the leadership team on objectives and initiatives that support the Global Professional Services business. Oversee all Program, Product and Service Delivery activities for the High Tech Vertical ensuring quality of programs and expected delivery of results. Provide Sales Support for new opportunities as the High Tech PS subject matter expert. Implementation, optimization and refinement of new and existing productized professional service offerings, PS packages
Team Management & Development:
People Management Tasks for your team including, hiring, performance reviews and staffing decisions. Support PM staff coaching, empowerment, and develop staff to focus on improving individual skill levels for Business consulting Services Project Management, development, and adherence to consistent program management and project management standards and approach.
Program Operational Management:
Establish consistent objective program performance standards and accountability. Track, forecast, and report on revenue and quarterly forecast for High Tech Vertical. Track all projects via a dashboard and ensure compliance to finance business practices and project metrics such as sold, as delivered, effort by milestone, project margin and resource utilization Input into creating and implementing process improvement initiatives. Interface with other departments within LP to advance process improvements and interdepartmental interaction
Job Requirements:
7-10 years experience deploying software solutions within large client organizations Proven track record of managing teams and projects and delivering results Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility. Excellent client communication skills -- both verbal and written. Ability to represent LivePerson and its proposed solution confidently, credibly, and accurately to the client, so that trust and confidence are immediately and firmly built. Ability to accurately set client expectations, influence prospects in regard to the best solutions for them and for deal and project success, who are offering the best solution and are fully capable of delivering that solution.
