Duties include:
? Maintenance of accurate records of multiple retail and investment activities. This includes all accounts related to payroll calculation, sales, purchases, loans, and all other expenses. Plus inventory management, purchasing, insurance management, annual report filing, sales tax filing, and other responsibilities. A vitally important part of this job is the accurate maintenance of ' full cycle accounts receivable' and 'full cycle accounts payable' records, with detailed cash flow reports and projections.
? Mastery of Quickbooks and Excel are essential.
? Verification and validation of financial data and timely creation of periodic financial reports.
? Creation of quarterly and yearly balance sheets, and monthly income statements.
? Other tasks consistent with Full Charge Bookkeeping and Office Management
