Part-time Bookkeeper (Plainfield, IL)

Duties will include:
? Performing daily bookkeeping functions for multiple client companies, including:
o Serving as a contact with the contracted bookkeeping clients
o Manage all client daily bookkeeping functions, including:
? Account Receivables
? Account Payables
? Other general Bookkeeping Duties

Skills Required:
? Computer proficiency in QuickBooks (at least one year of day-to-day experience -- preferably more), MSOffice (especially MSExcel), Windows, Email, and the Internet
? At least one year of employment experience performing bookkeeping work
? Strong Communication Skills, for interaction with both staff members and clients
? Detail Oriented
? Muti-tasker
? Organized
? Proper Phone Etiquette
? Customer Service Etiquette
? Written Communication skills
? Team Work skills

Compensation: $15-20 per hour, depending on skills and experience
