Job Description:
*Ensure quality of the food items and adherence to company recipes & standards
*Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
*Run the expo line during high volume shifts
*Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
*Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others with common goals for the kitchen
*Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food
*Maintain food cost percentage
*Maintain BOH administrative duties: ordering, inventory, kitchen logs & invoices
