We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Project Coordinator to streamline our current brand and build upon it while we add many new products and services. These new initiatives will improve the quality of life of everyone we come in contact with. This is an exciting new position with a plan, objectives and goals. You will have a significant impact on the success of our company.

We believe in a flexible schedule as long as your individual and company goals are being met. You will be in collaboration with the sales team, General Manager and the President. The position includes:
? Creating marketing campaigns using multiple facets of advertising
? Designing and create from scratch marketing flyers, direct mail pieces, small catalogs, videos, and other promotional documents
? Become our lead public relations through attending networking groups, philanthropy, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets
? Develop and write web and media content using SEO methods to ensure high ranking for our products and services
? Secure and maintain marketing contracts and free advertising sites
? Coordinate outside designers, website developers, ghost writers, and other resources for larger projects
? Implement new marketing tools and technology
? Create production documentation and assembly instructions for new product offering
? Other Administrative Functions and they relate to marketing and customer satisfaction.

These qualities, traits, and experience will enable you to be successful with us:
? Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
? Knowledge of using HTML/CSS to build e-mail marketing campaigns and make modifications to previously built websites
? Understanding search engine optimization, search engine marketing, analytics, and social media
? Have a lot of energy and the ability to do what ever it takes to get the job done.
? Have a thirst to learn about our customers and company
? Ability to persuade people
? Strong written and verbal communication
? Will put quality over quantity
? Most important, have a natural need to serve and WOW customers
