The Maitre D will have the primary focus of overseeing all guest related interactions including training of all front of house staff. Interest in food and wine required, as is a drive to set new standards in fine dining. Candidates must have 3-5 years fine dining experience. The job requires you have the desire and ability to provide refined yet friendly service that anticipates our guest's needs with a solid understanding of service etiquette and mechanics.
We are looking for someone who shares our philosophy on food and wine. We first look locally and then move to the rest of the world to source our products and wines. All applicants will need a strong foundation in wine parings with an emphasis on Sonoma County wines because 70% of our wine sales are from wine pairings.
