JOB DESCRIPTION: HOME HEALTH MARKETER

POSITION SUMMARY:

The marketer is responsible for the patient census solvency, planning, and overall home health services marketing of the organization.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Have people skills with combination of sales skills.
Professional relationships in healthcare industry required which can bring immediate patient census.
Must be self sufficient and energetic.
Candidate must have reliable car with valid drivers license and insurance.

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains agency profitability/solvency with stable referral census.
Ensure that the patient's census is sufficient to meet the agency's employees workload needs.
Respond to requests and recommendations from the Governing Board
Maintain appropriate marketing records.
Ensure the completion, maintenance and submission of weekly marketing reports to Administrator.
Assist the Administrator with marketing strategies
