This position is a dual role position that will require the Rep. to quote during the restoration season and consult during the Holiday Lighting season.
When quoting and consulting the Rep. will be paid $11.00- $13.00 per hour.
During the Holiday lighting season the Rep. will have the opportunity to earn commission as well on all of the consultations that book with us. The Rep. will receive 3% commission on the first ten Holiday customers that he/she consults with and then book. He/She will then receive 5% on every Holiday customer they consult with after the initial ten customers have booked.
An added option for this position is Outside Sales (Holiday Lighting, Ice Dam, and Restoration). This will be straight commission and they will not be paid hourly for their time. If the Rep. brings us additional business they will receive 20% commission on the first job that is booked by the customer they brought to us.
