Technician -- FT (Restoration and Decoration)

Roof-to-Deck Restoration is a leader in Deck/Roof Restoration, Soft Washing Services, Residential/Commercial Holiday Lighting and Ice Dam Removal. We operate three corporate locations (Twin Cities, Chicago and Milwaukee) and are headquartered in St. Paul, MN.

Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of all positions at Roof-to-Deck is to carry out our vision through our mission while holding true to our values.

During the months of March through November responsibilities include power washing and sealing/staining of decks, fences, roofs and other outdoor wood structures. During the months of September through March, responsibilities include installation and take down of holiday lighting. Additionally, during the winter months responsibilities can include roof raking and ice dam removal.

Additional services that we provide that you may be performing include house washing and gutter cleaning.

Skills:

? Operate a pressure washer.
? Able to lift 75lbs.
? Able to use a 24' and 32' extension ladder.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

? Enjoys the outdoors and working in all weather conditions.
? 2-3 years prior experience with a home services or outdoor living service organization.
? Prior painting experience and working in a seasonal business.
? Flexibility throughout the year (work week can vary depending on the weather).
? Cell Phone
? Excellent driving record.
? Excellent communication and prior experience working with customers.
? Punctual and possesses a positive attitude.
? Ability to work weekends.
? Able to work at heights in excess of 20'.
? A get it done attitude with a high attention to detail.

Compensation:

? Paid training.
? We provide a company vehicle, tools and equipment. Dispatch from the office daily.
? $13.00-$16.00/hr (pay rate fluctuates depending on service being performed)
