High School Diploma or GED - Must pass criminal check, drug testing and sexual offender check.
1 Year previous experience in apartment environment.
Ability to read and write in English. Bi-lingual a plus.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and able to reach, bend, push and pull.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a good work ethic.
