2 full-time positions available (Monday-Friday hours) - One position available in Skokie and one position available in downtown Chicago (N. Michigan Ave).
Assist customers in the store; provide information, process transactions and monitor the orderly operation of the store.
• Assist and greet customers upon entering the store. Understand and be able to guide customers through our store demonstrations and discuss product line and pricing.
• Process transactions for product(s) sold, including the use of a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, processing of credit cards, debit cards, checks, Care Credit and Credit Funders.
• Maintain a variety of automated and manual records, enter data into computer, prepare and submit automated and manual reports, and other duties as required.
• Open and close cash register, count money, complete cash sheets, submit money collected and documentation to appropriate office.
• Operate Inventory Control Software, Microsoft Office Software, and office equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain detailed customer files.
• Answer customer sales calls and provide information as needed, within the scope of authority.
• Assist with product returns, including check requests for reimbursement and forms to be sent to engineering with returned product.
• Complete forms and determine changes for service requested.
• Handle all customers in a professional manner.
