We're looking for a retention representative to join our team! In the retention position, customers will be calling to cancel their auto protection. They will have any and every excuse they can come up with: Already covered, can't afford, doesn't want, selling vehicle, etc. The retention rep will be responsible for persuasively explaining the benefits of the customer keeping their vehicle coverage. We will give you all the tools you'll need to be successful, including paid training, technology, and scripts with rebuttals.
There is a collections side to the position as well. Customers will be calling in their payments and sometimes we will call them on late payments, pending cancellations, and then cancellations to get them reinstaed. Requirements

? Accounts Receivables, Sales, Telemarketing or Customer Service experience is a plus, BUT willing to train the right candidate
? An attitude that exudes the fact that you are goal oriented, self-motivated, flexible and a team player
? Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
? Computer literate, basic mathematical, organizational and problem solving skills
? Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team
? Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
? Candidates within 10 miles highly preferred.

Requirements and Qualifications:
