We are looking for hard working, energetic, fun, and enthusiastic swimming instructors to be a part of our premium learn-to-swim program. Lessons range from children 6 months old to 12 years old. Small class sizes and 91 degree warm water make it a comfortable environment for both swimmers and instructors. Our unique 50 hour paid training will provide you with all of the skills you need to teach quality lessons; focusing on basic swim skills, technique, and water safety. Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available.
We are looking for fun, out-going personalities who have an ability to be silly, yet be professional!! You must have a love of water and enjoy working with kids! We value reliability, strong work-ethic, and excellent customer service. A background in swimming is preferred, but not mandatory. However, comfort in water and basic swim knowledge is a must. All instructors must be committed to uphold the standards of our program. You must have a clean criminal background and complete FOSS facilitated drug test prior to teaching. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Seasonal Plant Merchandiser (Highland & Merrillville)
Job Description*
The seasonal merchandiser will act as a field representative for a grower in SW Michigan . The purpose of this position is to maximize sales for the retailer by focusing on proper care and maintenance of plant material and effective merchandising. This is a seasonal position offering employment from Mid-April through the beginning of July depending on the sales. During peak season (Late April- Early June) merchandisers are expected to be available to work a 15 hours per week, and may include working both Saturday and Sunday.
Summary of Duties
? Responsible for unloading and maintaining of product
? Create and ensure maintenance and replenishment of displays and signage.
? Maintain plan-o-gram integrity
? Work with garden center attendants on proper spacing, and watering
? Maintain a positive communications network with store management and company.
? Work with Field Coordinator to develop a weekly work schedule to ensure product is displayed and maintained in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Minimum Physical Requirements
? Ability to work independently in a customer service area is critical.
? Recent nursery/horticultural education and/or retail experience or sales education a plus.
? Daily access to personal email, basic math, leadership, and communications skills required.
? This position requires heavy pushing and pulling of shipping carts across parking lots and through the garden center.
? Must be able to climb ladders
? Must be willing to work in inclement weather (rain, wind, snow)
? Reliable transportation required
Term of Employment
? Seasonal- Mid-April through first week of July
? Seasonal positions are not eligible for benefits.

We are looking for part-time instructors who share our passion for the game of golf while serving the youth in their community. Instructors will help assist and/or lead instruction for after-school golf enrichment classes. Classes are held on school campuses in Highland Park. Class sizes range from 5 to 20 students (student/teacher ratio 1:8). Instructors are required to help set up learning areas, and assist in delivering the Golf in Schools curriculum. Classes are up-beat, and require instructors to help deliver a fun-filled experience for students.
Job Specifics:
After-school classes are 1 hour, and take place between 3:20pm-4:20pm, W-F.
Classes take place on school campuses (fields and gyms)
Classes are being taught in Highland Park.
Spring schedule will begin April 4th .
Training will begin ASAP
Qualifications:
-Experience working with school-aged students a huge plus!
-Must be college graduate or currently attending classes
-Must be available in the afternoons, and have a reliable mode of transportation.
-Experience teaching golf is a plus, but not necessary (training provided)
-Must be able to manage a group-learning environment and enjoy the company of kids
