WIRELESS RETAIL SALES PROFESSIONALS

Salary: Base Hourly Rate PLUS Strong Commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create outstanding sales and buying experience for our customers.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Identify the needs/concerns of the customer, clearly explain the features and benefits, recommend products/services based on customers needs.
• Identify sales opportunities - is a MUST.
• Ability to CLOSE THE SALE.
• Confident.
• Promote and sell all Verizon Wireless communication products, services, and accessories.
• Receive and process all payments according to established standard procedures.
• Provide customer follow-up ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to all operational policies of the company.
• Market specific company objectives.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Ability to multi-task.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Wireless experience preferred. Previous retail, sales or customer service experience required.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Professionalism.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility in scheduling.
