We need an Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator for our Lake Zurich office. This is a challenging position and it requires a special person.

This position requires someone with a warm personality, maturity, resilience and strong self-esteem. It entails greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling payments and insurance submissions, and maintaining detailed records. Some cross-training with the clinical staff will be required.

With today's hectic pace, it is difficult to manage a front desk efficiently and meet the scheduling needs of both the practice and the patients. But it is possible for the right person! If you are right for this job, then every day you will be genuinely happy to see the patients walk in the door and they will be genuinely pleased to see you.

Our office is usually open Monday 9-7, Tuesday and Wednesday 8-5 and Thursday 7-4. Our staff usually works 24-30 hours per week.
